Promote the general welfare, safety, and interests of the residents of Salisbury

Promote the spirit of neighborhood and community among all who reside within Salisbury

Educate residents concerning local and regional issues that may affect Salisbury; its value, use, and enjoyment of its property owners

Take action on behalf of the members of the Association as may be necessary or advisable to protect the enjoyment, use, and value of their property

Inform residents of and monitor compliance with restrictive convenants, conditions, and easements that apply to the Salisbury community

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with neighboring community associations
